Hedhi Salama Ni Jukumu Letu

The Hedhi Salama Ni Jukumu Letu initiative by Empower Youth Prosperity (EYP) promotes menstrual health and dignity among girls in Tanzania. By distributing reusable sanitary pads and education to over 8,700 girls and 2,200 boys across public schools, the program has improved menstrual hygiene, boosted school attendance, and empowered adolescent girls to reach their full potential.

🩺 COVID-19 Awareness Campaign in Tanzania

Empower Youth Prosperity (EYP) led a COVID-19 awareness campaign in Tanzania to support national efforts in combating the pandemic. Through community engagement, mass media, and training of frontline actors, the initiative improved public knowledge of preventive measures, installed handwashing facilities, and reached over 145,000 people in six districts.
