Program Officer

Job Context

Empower Youth Prosperity (EYP) is a youth-focused organization committed to creating opportunities that promote Economic Empowerment, skills development, and sustainable livelihoods for young people in Tanzania. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail- oriented Volunteers to support our program operations in Mbeya Region.
Job Responsibility
1. Assist in planning, organizing, and running youth programs, workshops, and outreach
2. Support fundraising campaigns, awareness drives, and advocacy events.
3. Facilitate peer-to-peer learning and mentorship sessions for youth.
4. Handle administrative tasks like documentation, event coordination, and reporting.
5. Take part in community service projects and represent EYP in local networks or partnerships.
Educational Requirement

A Bachelor’s degree in Project Planning and Management, Social Sciences or other related field.
Experience Requirement

No prior experience required
Additional Requirement
1. Strong Communication and collaboratively in a team and engage with diverse group.
2. Basic Computer and social media skills are an advantage.
3. Previous Volunteering or Leadership experience is a plus but not required
